Suite #421 is a beautiful, stylish, ultra clean, 1 bedroom apartment located downtown RVA. This gorgeous unit over looks the city skyline and features a fully appointed kitchen with full sized appliances, open island with all the amenities, dishes, cookware, basic spices, Keurig, toaster and microwave. Laundry washer and dryer in unit along with iron, ironing board and steam machine.

The bedroom and living room both have smart tvs and feature black out curtains for those who need to sleep during the day. Very comfortable queen bed with soft linens, pillows, blankets with extra linens in the closet. Bedside tables and lamps with sound machine, modern full length mirror located behind the door.

Private and assigned parking is included. The entire property is secured and must be accessed by code for both building and garage entry. It has a modern design that includes a gym, a pool and commons area access for each guest. We are pet-friendly and provide a built in dog park/walk area. If you are traveling with a pet, please ask about our pet policy.

Conveniently located to VCU Medical Center and other area hospitals. You will have easy access to interstates should you need to travel while here. This is a great home away from home if you travel for work, or if you are relocating to the area and need to stay while you look for a permanent place.
