I stayed in a beautiful fully furnished apartment for one month. I very much enjoyed the location, the gym and I had an overall amazing time during my stay. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, the host was very helpfull and there were no complications during my stay. If I ever visited Richmond again, I would definitely book this apartment.

I was so relieved that I found a Modern Host's apartment while working in Richmond for about 5 months. It was modern, comfortable, well-equipped, private, came with my own parking space, had a gym and pool, and in an excellent location. My favorite part was being able to leave my car parked on the weekends, while I walked down to Belle Isle for a river/forest/island hike, to one of my favorite coffee shops, and to various restaurants/cafes/bars. A Modern Host was always helpful and quick to respond any questions I had. If I work in Richmond again, I'll re-book here without a doubt.

This is a beautiful apartment close to VCUHS. It is beautifully decorated and it has everything a traveling professional would need. Its walking distance to some amazing restaurants as well. The property owner is very accommodating.

I am a healthcare traveler and this place had everything I needed. The host was EXTREMELY kind, always helpful, and very respectful. The location was great, parking was covered, and I always felt safe. I travel often to different assignments and this was one of the best places I have been to. Amazing place! Amazing host!
